This year, Indian Lake Central School had one of its most plentiful gardens, due to the hard work of a select few green thumbs. Part of the process is the putting the garden to bed in the fall. Produce from the garden is used for the cafeteria as they “produce” healthy lunches for the students. Along with use in the cafeteria, the abundance of pumpkins were also great decorations for the classrooms.
