Johnsburg — Mr. and Mrs. James Smith, of Johnsburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Patricia Smith, to Joseph Scheffler, both of Concord, Mass.
Scheffler is the son of Mary E. Scheffler of Wilmington, N.C., formerly of Dennisport, Mass. Smith is a graduate of Johnsburg Central School, St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University. Scheffler is an account manager for a major insulation company and vocalist/harpist for the Ten Foot Polecats. A wedding date has been set for July 2012 at The Summit Lodge in Killington, Vt.
