CROWN POINT — The Mountaineers were at a 12-point deficit after the first quarter, but managed to hold Crown Point with a tied second. M/N couldn't hold them back in the second half, when they built their runaway win Jan. 11. Mountaineer Austin Williams led team scoring with 11 points, followed by Morgan Winslow's 9.
Johnsburg 50, Wells 45
JOHNSBURG — Johnsburg responded to a 14-6 first quarter in Wells' favor by keeping them to 4 points in the second. The game tightened up in the second half, but the Jaguars seized a home win Jan. 11.
Taylor Ordway again led his squad with a 24-point performance including two three-pointers, the game high. Austin Washburn earned 10, including two three-pointers.
